• What is Super Pet Expo?  
  Those attending Super Pet Expo can expect to see really cool entertainment, adoptable pets, kids area, puppy play ground where pets can socialize and play, retail booths where you can buy cool pet products and more.
   

• Can I Bring My Pet?  
  YES! Leashed pets are welcome. Just make sure your pet can handle large crowds of both pets and people.  Retractable leashes are not permitted.   
   

• Are There Breeders At The Show?  
  NO! We do not allow breeders, we do however promote pet adoption and you can meet several rescues and shelters with adoptable pets at the show.
   

• What if I need help with a ticket purchase?

• Is There A Fee For Parking?  
  NO! Parking is FREE!
   

• What Kind Of Pets And Pet Product Will I See At The Show?  
  Each show varies. In the aisles and booths of Super Pet expo you will see dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and MORE! Many of our exhibitors cater to dogs but we are always working to get cat, reptile, bird and small animal vendors.
   

• Can I Reenter The Show?  
  Yes! Those entering the show with a one day pass, can reenter the show with a hand stamp that is valid for that day only. Example: If you come to the show on Saturday, you can reenter all day Saturday as long as you have your hand stamped with that days stamp. Weekend Passes are available for purchase.
   

• Show Hours?  
  Friday 3PM–8PM; Saturday 10AM-7PM and Sunday 10AM-5PM
   

• Do you offer discounts to Veterans and First Responders?

• Yes, we proudly provide 500 free tickets to each show for Veterans through VetTix, valid exclusively on Friday nights for our pet shows. To obtain tickets, Veterans must use VetTix, which verifies military service. While the tickets are free, VetTix applies a nominal service fee of $7.97 for up to 4 tickets. Please note, all VetTix tickets must be collected at the show's box office.

• I Bought On-Line Day Tickets—Does It Matter Which Day I Go?  
  NO! Day tickets are good for any 1 day of the show and it does not matter which day you use the tickets.
   

• Are There Pets For Adoption?  
  Yes! Every show offers pets for adoption by adoption organizations. Although you can begin the adoption process at the show, NO adoptions will take place at the show.
   

• Clean Up Of Pet Accidents — 
  Please bring necessary products to clean up after your pet should they have an accident on the show floor.
   

• Product Returns Or Exchanges — 
  If you purchased a product and you need to return it or exchange it, you must pay to reenter the show. Unless you have a valid hand-stamp for the day in which you want to return/exchange.
